Kirsten is an experienced, driven, and passionate HR Professional with over 10 years of experience.  She has a ‘hands on’ approach to work, where she thrives on getting involved and working collaboratively to develop an employee’s natural skill sets to help them realise more of their potential both personally and at work.

Kirsten’s passion is developing strong relationships with team members to understand how the strategic direction of an organisation can align to people initiatives and to assist people to achieve their own personal goals and meaning through their work. 

Skilled in succession planning, recruiting, employee relations, cultural change and supporting effective performance outcomes, Kirsten has a history of working in health organisations. She joined The Talbot Centre in 2020 where she can think creatively to deliver the right solutions for our staff and for the Centre. 

Kirsten finds it fulfilling to work in the health care industry as she can support and encourage clinicians, who help people make changes in their lives to achieve improved health and well-being. She feels that she has a privileged vantage point from which to witness the courage and goodness of humanity.

In her spare time Kirsten enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.
