Pascale has a special interest in working with individuals living with eating disorders, with a passion for helping clients to learn to eat in a way that is kind to themselves and fosters positive relationships with food and their bodies. Pascale aims to guide individuals to feel more confident in making food decisions, with the view of reducing fear around food and becoming more comfortable introducing a variety of choices into their lives. Pascale provides a safe space for individuals to discuss their unique experiences and will take the time to listen to your concerns and provide personalised care based on your individual needs and values.
Pascale has provided dietetic services in inpatient and outpatient mental health and general dietetics settings, providing services to those with a range of mental health concerns. Her practice focuses on health, understanding and respecting that health may mean different things to different individuals. Pascale works with individuals with disordered eating patterns, as well as those with diagnosed eating disorders. She also has experience in general dietetics in the mental health space.
Pascale holds a concurrent position as the dietitian for the Wesley Hospital Eating Disorders program, providing dietetic care to individuals attending the ED day program, as well as the inpatient mental health units.
Pascale has a strong interest in working from a non-diet perspective, aiming to support clients in forming behaviours that promote overall health and well being, while shifting the focus away from body shape and size. She will support you to obtain skills that will help you to feel empowered to rebuild trust in your body, from a place of self-compassion and self-care.

Pascale has lived and worked in a number of countries including Hong Kong, the Netherlands, France, Norway and Germany and is able to provide services that are culturally sensitive. She also speaks conversational French.
