Ben is a warm, friendly, and energetic psychologist with a passion for helping clients to better understand themselves and begin making the changes they want to see in their lives. His aim is to equip clients with insight and practical skills to address their immediate concerns but also for long-term psychological well-being and growth beyond therapy. Ben uses evidence-based therapies and techniques that focus on your strengths and personal goals to help you move towards where you want to be in a compassionate and collaborative way.
Ben has experience working with adolescents and adults of all ages. He has worked in a variety of clinical settings, including university clinics, inpatient and outpatient public health settings. He has worked at treatment centres for emotional regulation difficulties and personality disorders relating to complex trauma, as well as with adults and older adults who have experienced strokes and other neurological and physical injuries.
