Eden Trevitt

Eden Trevitt

Eden is a genuine and open psychologist who takes an authentic approach to therapy. She believes in the power of the therapeutic alliance and places this at the centre of treatment. Her aim is to build strong rapport and trust with her clients to enable them to work together as a team toward their goals.

Eden has previously worked at a youth and young people focused tertiary service and in occupational rehabilitation. She has experience working with adolescents experiencing complex health challenges such as personality disorders and trauma, especially in the context of a challenging family dynamic and home life.  This often included working collaboratively with parents and other family members to provide strategies and advice on supporting their child’s needs. Eden also has experience in supporting adults who have experienced trauma and/or bullying and harassment in the workplace.

Eden’s diverse experience has enabled her to develop a compassionate therapeutic approach which incorporates a range of therapeutic modalities. Having observed flexibility is the most effective way of achieving meaningful and lasting change, her person-centred approach is flexible with the needs of the individual to ensure treatment occurs at their pace.
