Bio

Elyse is a kind and compassionate provisional psychologist dedicated to empowering individuals through life’s challenges. Her gentle demeanour and unwavering belief that everyone is the expert in their own lives guides her work with clients. She endeavours to provide a safe space for individuals to explore, grow, and achieve their potential.

Elyse has over 5 years’ experience working with young children, adolescents, and families, providing early intervention and group therapy sessions to build resilience and support families to navigate their unique journeys. As a parent of a neurodivergent child and part of a neurodivergent family, Elyse is deeply passionate about neurodiversity, recognising the beauty and strength in diverse perspectives. She strives to promote understanding and acceptance of neurological differences, advocating for inclusive practices that celebrate individuality. Additionally, Elyse offers parent coaching, equipping families with valuable tools and strategies to navigate the complexities of raising children in today’s world.

Drawing on her rich background in group therapy, Elyse utilises evidence-based techniques and a holistic approach to address the unique needs of each client. Her dedication to fostering meaningful connections and her commitment to continuous learning ensure that she provides a high quality of care. Elyse strives to work with clients collaboratively, supporting you to achieve your goals.
