Bio

Jessica is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with a caring and compassionate nature. She is a dedicated practitioner who follows a holistic approach to health and wellbeing. Jessica is committed to helping her clients in an empathetic manner and provides individualised support though a Non-Diet/Health at Every Size (HAES) approach. She is aware of the many factors that can influence food choice and eating behaviour and is always willing to take these into consideration when working with her clients. With kindness and compassion always front of mind, guiding individuals to feel as comfortable as they can is at the forefront of Jessica’s practice.

Jessica has experience working with people in private outpatient care, medical centre settings and has also been involved in NDIS related dietetics work. She is a member of Dietitians Australia and enjoys keeping up to date with the latest nutrition research.

  • Bachelor of Science, Nutrition and Food Science – Western Sydney University
  • Master of Nutrition and Dietetics – The University of Sydney
