Bio

Kate is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with a compassionate and empathetic nature. She has extensive experience working with children, adolescents and their support networks in a variety of settings. She enjoys getting to know each family and providing individualised recommendations to help children develop positive relationships with food and meet their nutritional requirements. She has completed additional training, including ARFID for Dietitians (A Responsive Feeding Therapy Approach), Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) Approach to Feeding (including an Advanced Workshop for school-aged children) and Feeding Therapy Australia’s Postgraduate Paediatric Feeding Workshop.

Kate also enjoys helping individuals to explore and understand their unique relationship with food, and is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals experiencing eating disorders or body image concerns. She provides individualised support that is person-centred and neurodiversity-affirming, through a Non-Diet/Health at Every Size (HAES) approach.

  • Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise and Sport Science) – The University of Sydney

  • SOS Advanced Workshop – Food Scientist Model
