Kavita is an empathetic and engaging clinician who is passionate about helping people thrive and become the people that they desire and have the potential to be. She takes a collaborative, strengths based, and client-centred approach to therapy. Kavita believes that the therapeutic relationship is key to achieving positive health outcomes. With the right support and motivation, clients are empowered to make the positive changes that they wish to make.

Kavita has worked with clients across the lifespan with a range of presenting concerns. Her prior experience includes working in private outpatient services and a rural university clinic. Kavita has a strong interest in supporting neurodivergent clients to achieve personally meaningful therapy goals and is a strong advocate of neurodiversity affirming apporaches.
