Bio

Lilyan is a warm, empathetic and dedicated psychologist who enjoys working with children and their families. She brings a compassionate and collaborative approach to therapy, underpinned by the belief that early intervention and the establishment of firm foundations can profoundly enrich the lives of young individuals. Lilyan is committed to creating a safe and supportive space, where clients feel truly heard and understood. When working with young people, she also understands the importance of weaving play, creativity and flexibility into treatment methods to honour the unique strengths, personalities, and aspirations of individuals and their families.

Lilyan has experience working with people of all ages, and in a variety of settings. These include child and youth mental health services, parenting groups, childcare education centres, specialised adult clinics, telephone mental health support services, as well as university and research clinics. She has helped clients navigate a range of mental health concerns and has particular expertise in the area of anxiety and related disorders. In her work, Lilyan is passionate about helping people discover their own strengths and find the courage to make meaningful and valued life changes.
