Bio

Shanae is a warm and friendly psychologist who is passionate about helping clients to better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. Her relational approach to therapy encourages clients to feel comfortable and genuinely cared for, as we work together to overcome unique challenges and achieve client-centred goals.

Shanae has experience working in university clinics with students, inpatient and outpatient hospital settings with adolescents and adults, and with young children and their parents in private practice. She has further experience conducting psychometric assessments with both adults and children and sharing these findings in ways that focus on client strengths and empowerment.
